Q: I added the seats I want to my cart, but something happened and I can't checkout. When I try again the seats I want are now blocked and I can't buy them again. What should I do?A: They are held in your cart for 20 minutes. You can click on view cart and then click on clear cart. this should release the seats your holding in your cart.
You can also try back in 30 minutes to see if they get released.
Remember : Someone else may have added them to thier cart and purchased them as well.
 Top Q: I get error message 15005 - This transaction cannot be processed, when i submit my credit card info. What does this mean?A: It means that the card can not be processed. Check the exire date, number on card, name on card and security code. You need to make sure the billing address matches your card's billing address.

If it still won't work, try another card.
 Top Q: How do I order tickets online?A: Simply click on the image of the show you want to buy tickets for and on the page you land on, scroll down and click on the price or TIX icon next to the price of the type of ticket you want to order. A Seat Selector will show up. Chose a section and a display of all seats in that section will show up. Seats that are green are available for purchase online. Input the number of seats in the best seat selector and click on Find Best. The system will identify the best seats at the time and put them in your cart. If you do not want them in your cart, simply click on Start Over.
